Strategic thinking represents the most challenging frontier for human-AI collaboration.

Unlike operational decisions (which can often be automated) or analytical decisions (which can be optimized), strategic decisions require uniquely human capacities: imagination, understanding of context and culture, and the ability to navigate ambiguity. Traditional tools either oversimplify the process or become too specialized to adapt.

The question is not whether AI can replace strategic thinking; it can't. The question is: how do we design systems that make human strategic intelligence more powerful?
